A link can be forwarded. Without a PIN, any signed-in user with the link can open the market. Add a 4-digit PIN to require a code. Guest unlock access lasts 24 hours; changing the PIN requires guests to unlock again with the new code.

Use a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 6 MB. Profile photos must be still images. Very large images or long animations may be rejected even below the file-size limit. GHInvest processes new uploads and removes embedded metadata before storing them. Try a smaller image or a still photo if an upload fails.

Not yet. LIMIT expands a GHS price field inside the shares box for a preview. No order is submitted or funds reserved. Live broker integration and regulatory review are still required. The sidebar’s ⌛ Pending page shows server-recorded activity waiting for completion, not previews.

A placement email acknowledges an order record; it does not confirm execution. Execution notices are based on confirmed transaction records. Check Transactions for details and Pending for waiting activity. Email may be delayed or duplicated; a missing email is not a reason to place the order again.

A social prediction-market and simulated-trading app. You can create and trade markets about real-world outcomes, practise trading equities and commodities, and connect with friends.

Deposits and withdrawals run through licensed payment partners using card, mobile money or bank. You can only pay out to an account that belongs to you. Limits and fees are shown before you confirm.

Financial participation carries risk. GHInvest is not a bank and wallet balances are not protected bank deposits. Payment-provider licensing alone is not evidence of an approved custody or safeguarding arrangement for GHInvest. Review the Terms and contact support for the arrangements applicable to your account.

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. We can send a code to the verified phone number or email on your account. Password sign-in uses your email address. Never share a verification code with anyone.

Firebase may use a secure browser tab to confirm that a real app and device requested the code, especially for a sideloaded build or when Play Integrity is unavailable. It should return to the GHInvest code screen after the check; it should not open the GHInvest homepage or ask you to disclose the code.

Yes. GHInvest lets you define the question, outcomes and closing time, then share the market with your community. Join the launch list to be first to try it.

No. A receipt stays private until you choose “Create link & share” and confirm the warning. That creates an unguessable public link and QR code for a limited receipt for up to 30 days. You can revoke the link from the receipt; a PDF or screenshot someone already saved cannot be recalled.

Use Settings → Account Actions → Export my data. After recent authentication, GHInvest builds a complete paginated copy of the listed account, transaction, market, payment and privacy-request data instead of silently truncating it. Provider-held records or information requiring legal review must be requested from legal@ghinvest.app.

Cancel any active subscription, withdraw any balance you want to keep, then use Settings → Account Actions → Request to delete account. You have 24 hours to cancel the request. If a deposit or payout is still settling, deletion pauses safely until it reaches a final state. Account, public-profile, public-receipt, social and owned-upload data is then removed. Financial or compliance records that lawfully must remain are reduced to a strict non-identifying set linked only by a new random erasure reference.

Nothing unless you opt in under Settings → Security. On Android, phone-state permission is requested only after opt-in. While enabled, GHInvest receives only whether a call is active so it can display an anti-scam warning—not the caller’s name or number, contacts, or audio. You can switch it off at any time.

Push notifications, scam-call monitoring, public username discovery and sharing your trades are off by default. You can enable or disable each option from Settings. Essential in-app account and transaction notices remain available even if you decline push notifications.

Email legal@ghinvest.app to request access, source information, correction, deletion, an objection, marketing opt-out, consent withdrawal or review of a significant automated decision. You may also complain to Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
